iPhone just stopped connecting to Exchange 2007

Yesterday 3 iPhones stopped connecting to our Exchange server via 3G or WiFi. My Android phone continues to work fine.

The iPhones can connect to other remote Exchange servers!

Any ideas if there's an updated or something else which has caused this? Just seems odd how all three stopped working at the same time.

Event viewer doens't show anything out of the ordinary..
 
As soon as you try to refresh you mail it comes up with a generic "Can't connect to exchange" message. It's almost as soon as you hit refresh as if it's not even trying to check. However, we've tested the phones on another server and via the web interface, both of which work fine.

When the account is deleted and re-added exactly the same thing happens.
 
SSL is enabled.

Cert expired but new one in place.

I think the problem is that the phones havent picked up the new cert. Not sure how to flush it out so it looks for a new one.
