iphone mail on pc

I was wondering if anyone know of an emulator or even better a way to get apple mail and the mail program used on the iphone, on the pc? need it for testing purposes as i don't have an iphone or mac

apple have an emulator available on their site under the Apple Developer Connection section but it's only for Macs afaik

The SDK is free http://developer.apple.com/iphone/program/download.html (Still OSX Leopard only tho.). I think you only need to register as a developer if you want to publish your apps.
