Has anyone manage to get there iPhone mail to work with there pop3 mail account. What i did I had itune to set mine up and when i open mail it keep asking to load mails into it and i having to keep pressing it but nothing seem to want to happen what happening?

Yes, I've done several POP accounts and an IMAP account thanks.
Have you configured an email account in Mail?
If not, open Mail, create a new account but enter your email address and tell it to "auto setup" your account so you don't have to put in all the settings manually,
Once you've downloaded all your mails open up iTune and it should sync up
