iPhone Messaging problem

Hi all

seems over the last week or so my messages from O2 to orange (some messages) dont seem to be getting there!

ive called up O2 and they have refunded me £10 credit and given me some free texts to text with. now im still sending messages and some dont arrive. they told me to reboot the phone, then they changed something at there end which seemed to fix it.

but... every time i turn the phone off it resets the settings. and stops again. O2 seemed to be stumped on this one

Having you recently synced your iPhone with iTunes?

There's been a carrier update recently and if you sync with iTunes, it'll ask you whether you want to update your carrier settings. It might not help fix your problem but it's worth a try
