iPhone MMS

Hey,

I have non-iPhone O2 monthly SIM in my iPhone and my friend sent me an MMS. As my old phone could receive MMS I didn't receive a text saying "Pickup your MMS online".

Is there anyway to view the MMS? E.g. online without a PIN or by installing any apps on my phone?

Nope.
You either need the MMS app, or to wait for the 3.0 firmware.

I've installed SwirlyMMS. Any way to get it to check for old messages? I'm thinking the MMS is sitting on their servers but it won't appear in Swirly because O2 will have already sent a notification to my phone when the MMS was sent.

If you install the MMS app you just need to put the pin in once and you can view all your MMS messages - but the pin does change but they tell u the new one in texts.

O2 told me that if someone sent me a MMS text, then i would receieve a standard text with the pin which i can use in the MMS app on my iphone.

BUT, i dont recieve any kind of text when someone sends me an MMS. How annoying.

Not much use now but if you sign up to O2 bluebook all MMSs you receive in future will appear on there..
