iPhone mms

My iPhone has started to do something very odd this afternoon i get a Txt from Unknown and the message in side say's permanent-service-denied

its when my mate trys to send me a Photo i get the above txt

any thoughts on how to fix it or am i going to need a trip to the apple store

Sounds like a network thing not a phone thing tbh.

Check your APN and MMS settings

settings>general>network>cellular network settings:

O2:
APN> mobile.o2.co.uk, username and password blank
if your on pay and go
APN> payandgo.o2.co.uk, username and password blank

The same settings are used for MMS

had this problem yesterday, just did a power cycle of my iphone and all was fine.
