Iphone NAND problem

hey guys,

basically my iPhone has got the NAND issue and i understand that i need to dismantle the iPhone and remove the camera part, do i need to put a new camera part in or can i just leave it out?

anyone know anything about this? ive replaced the front camera and proximity sensor flex, the full front LCD and the battery but its still showing the error
