iPhone no service

Hi got a iPhone 4 on Tmobile and put my new tmobile sim in, and saying no service...any idea why??

Bad signal area? Bad phone? Bad SIM?

Need to check each of those.

Also try restarting your phone as well and if that doesnt work then give tmobile a call and they should be able to fix your issue.

Does the Sim require registering with Tmobile.

Tried calling tmobile and their help team were awful. I think the sim is naff because according to their website it's not even a valid tmobile pone number. Thanks for suggestions though, so annoying!

Do you mean a valid SIM number? How did you acquire the phone? This error comes up if the phone is blacklisted so you know.
