Ok ... I've had this problem for a while and I'm getting sick of it.

I can send an email fine, and receive emails fine, but if the person uses 'reply' I'll never get the email. I only seem to get the email if the person creates a new email.

For example; I sent an email from my iPhone (personal email) to our network admin and he replied to the email and also cc'd my work email. I only got the reply to my work address ... not the iPhone (two seperate email addresses)

At the moment i'm using:

pop.ntlworld.com
smtp.o2.co.uk

Would this be the problem? If i use smtp.ntlworld.com I can't send emails on the 3G network. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked that the email address in the account settings is correct? I would assume that it is used as the reply address and if it's wrong the email will fire off in to the nothingness.

You can tap on the smtp.02.co.uk server and add additional outgoing mail severs.

So try adding the smtp.ntlworld.com server to the 'other' outgoing servers.

Hope this helps

Right, I feel quite cretinous now. I checked the email settings and all along I've been using:

@ntworld.com instead of @ntLworld.com under the Address in POP account information. Therefore when someone clicks on 'reply' it tried to reply to ntworld. DOH

Thanks for the help guys.
