iPhone o2 contract question

Ok I think I am going to have to phone up o2 and find out whats going on..

For some reason my bill has gone upto £80+
I don't go past my allowance but it seems like I am paying this charge later than I was paying the £45 initally. Are they charging me for two months instead of one? (this would explain the later bill date)

how do I request a fully detailed break down of my bill? including all the messages I have sent etc?

Ask them for all the statements from your account, in a hard copy. Alternatively go to the 02 site and log in with your account details mailed to you when you signed up to the contract.

They can't refuse, it would break Data Protection law.. just make sure it's not a summary, and request itemised statements, to make checking them easier.

Are the minutes anytime, or are they only for off-peak hours? Could be nasty if they're not anytime :(
