A smaller Nano sized cut down iphone will be released on payg soon, according to rumours.... we will wait and see on that one though.

That's too cheap, it was £269 + contract for v1. It won't be £279 without contract for v2.

Yeah £269 was the outright, no subsidy cost of the phone. So it's not unreasonable for v2 to be the same.

£299 for the 8Gb and £359 for the 16Gb is what was posted on the O2 site all those months ago.
