iPhone photo effects

I follow someone on twitter that uses an iPhone and whenever they upload photos they have this nice effect around them.

Obviously I have tried asking him through Twitter but he hasn't got back to me.
Any idea?

Photoshop mobile does similar ones, don't think thats the one used in your example though.

Camera+ has a border called 'Grit' that looks very similar to that.

Thanks. Just purchased Hipstamatic and its spot on.

Only thing so far that I dislike is I look through the lens to take the picture but its a bit off centre I find
