Hi All,
I'm having a really frustrating time with iPhone and laptop at the moment, nine time out of ten the iPhone will sync successfully with my laptop but sometimes the thing just cocks up altogether.
I sync the iPhone and iTunes says it's complete, I disconnect my iPhone and find only about 11 apps are on the phone (usually about 30!) and saved info on Notes, Messages and other saved data (games, apps etc) has gone too.
I know I have backed my iPhone up before so can i retore the backup to a previous one so I can get all my saved data back?
Really annoying problem at the moment with it
