iPhone quick question - help please!

Hey guys,

So I'm going to sell my 5 and get a 6...

I want to make sure all my contacts are saved on my iCloud / SIM but when I go to back-up my contacts via iCloud, there are still only a few there.

Now I've into my phone and gone to contacts > groups and there are two options

All iCloud
All on my iPhone

Now... could anyone please tell me how I can make sure the contacts which are under 'All on my iPhone' will be on my iPhone 6?

Please note I will be putting my SIM from the 5 straight into the 6.

Also, music and photos.... I don't like having my photos on my cloud (all my nudes lolz) so i guess the only way to ensure I keep these is by putting them on my macbook?

Good idea on the iTunes backup for photos - I can then just plug the new iPhone in to my macbook and they'll go straight on the new one

Would be great to get clarification on the contacts please.
