The HD7 is the best touchscreen I've used for typing on (big 4.3" screen + simple keyboard) but nothing beats a good qwerty (eg BB Bold) if typing over a long period.

On a side note, I hope Apple do expand the iPhone range. Having just one 3.5" device, no matter how good, will be bad for them in the long run.

Best keyboard/text interface for me is on the Omnia 7 (and I can easily imagine its slightly better on the HD7 due to the larger screen)

The iPhone one is decent but 'the best screen for texting', what does that even mean?

Shame about the thickness and the style of it, otherwise it'd be pretty cool (but pointless IMO). I find those keyboards a lot harder to type on than the on-screen one.

Back to the topic, had a play with a friends iphone 4 a couple of times and found the on screen keyboard to be very good, something like that keyboard would be handier for my X10 (which isn't bad but still annoying at times).
