Iphone repair - sensitive photos!

Hi all!

I need to take my iPhone for repair as it's completely inoperable. The thing is it has some rather intimate photos on of my better half!!!? What is apple's policy of privacy, is it water tight? I mean I assume this must happen often with computer and phone repairs!

Unfortunately no it won't even power up! And obviously I would post the pictures in question *if* it would power up...

Unfortunately it got wet so it's doing precisely nothing! And thanks guys, your 'assurances' have led to me deciding to smack the crap out of this one and buy a new one off ebay tonight! I'm the jealous type
