iPhone safari plugins

Can someone clarify for me is it possible to get any plugins for safari on the iPhone? When Reading my emails I often see a question mark in a blue square box, indicating some software is missing.

The only thing that is missing is flash isn't it?

And as far as plugins, no.

Jailbrake might have some but not that I know of

Although an ad-block on the iPhone would be ridiculously useful!

I think the question mark in the blue box could also mean an image hasn't loaded.

Cheers for the replies, maybe the images haven't loaded. I'll check the settings for the email accounts I have configured. I can't mention the company that sends the emails because it is a competitor. Having looked at the emails through my PC, it seems one of emails conatins Flash content

the other just seems embedded JPEGs.

So it could be a combination of Flash and the Images not loading.
