iPhone Secure Delete Photos

Is there any way of doing it?

I've been googling around for a while now, and have to find anything that looks hopeful. The only way I can find is using the secure 'Erase All Data' built in to the phone, and the back up from a restore point - But I am not sure if you can do that?

Just delete using the trash can from the 'photos' app?

They shouldn't come back.

They wont, but they can be recovered.
