iphone sending email from a gmail account not setup on phone helppppppp

hi,

i've got a problem where the mail app on my iphone sends emails from my gmail account, the issue is that the account isn't setup on the phone, just a a hotmail one.

anyone any ideas ?

Tried deleting all email accounts, rebooting, then setting up your account again?

will give it a try cheers, have recently updated to 6.1 so was hoping that might clear it .
