iPhone simplicity tariff... I want a Blackberry

So I have an iPhone 4 with an 02 Simplicity Tariff.
I pay £21 a month and get 600minutes 1200txt and Unlimited data

Now I understand it is not 'truly' unlimited but subject to fair usage.
I see now that 02 only offer 500MB or 1GB data packages when you get a new contract.
I'm really happy with my unlimited internet as I do regularly go above 500MB a month so I don't want to loose that if I can help it.
I want to move to a Blackberry and understand that I will need "Blackberry internet" package to active their email service, BBM, etc.
I have been looking through all of 02's website to see if there is a 'Blackberry internet service" BOLT-ON that I could maybe add to my Simplicity tariff to then keep my unlimited internet but have been unable to find any.

So my options seem to be. Get a new contract and live with 500/750/1000mb internet & sell my iPhone. Or get a new Blackberry contract and keep my iPhone & keep the SIM. As you can see the 2nd option is going to add up to a lot.

I am looking for any ideas anyone may have?

Only 02 and Vodafone are an option for Networks for signal issues in my area

Give 02 a ring, I'm sure you can just add the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) to your Simplicity tarriff for £5 a month and keep the rest of what you already have? :)

With O2 it's either/or, you can't have both...So if you change from the iPhone tariff to BB, you'll lose your unlimited data...It's to do with the apn, and O2 seperate them out, while everyone else just sees it as data so you can have iphone/web and/or BIS without a problem.

I thought this was true

Just contact O2. I've switched between iPhone, BB and standard 500MB internet tariffs all the time with mine. I didn't even need to call them because I spoke to a chat advisor on their website and they handled it for me.

Yeah but I believe I will loose my unlimited internet that way Sharingan. As when I sign into My02 it says I have "iPhone Unlimited Data" bolt-on

You can't have it all sorry. BIS is a clever trick for RIM but I honestly hope it goes away soon as consumers tend to get confused by its requirements and the reason for its existence is sorta going away anyway.

The new 9900 is out soon, might be worth waiting for this? BB users tend to use less data as a whole if it helps, unless you're going miles over the 500 you might be OK.
