iPhone Simulator for vista ?

Hi,

i have been thinking of getting an iphone and would like to know if there is a Simulator that i can use on vista that will give me all the functions of the iphone so i can have a play around with it so i can get a feel on how it works.

No there isn't.

There are apps like that for developers tho, but I don't know if thats true for Windows.

Can't you just go to an o2/CPW/Apple Store and play with one there?

i already have but you can't beat spending some time at home and having a go which why i wondered if there was an app.

yeah i know that its just to get the feel of how the iphone works, what functions it has and so on....

But that's what having them on display with staff to help you in store is for.

You don't get a feel of what it's about without actually having it in your hand. You can't make calls and send messages on a simulator!

So what would you want to do with a simulator?

We've established it won't have the feature set, or the feel? ...and doesn't exist?
