iphone tethering option?

does it only apear if you have tethering bolt on?

it is not in my cellular data network tab.

on O2 you should have it as standard with all iPhone tarrifs as a pay as you use feature (£2 odd a day I believe each day you use it). I went from an old tarrif to an iPhone simplicity and didn't have the option until I reset all network settings on the phone then it appeared

I don't, and never have, had tethering set up but it's an option (set up internet tethering) between data roaming and VPN on my o2 phone. sorry can't help more
