Just downloaded it, and now they is a update to which you can call iPhone to iPhone for free, providing your both in a wi-fi area.
Also you can top the app up, think its £7.49 for a 1000 minutes to which when you are connected to Wi-Fi you can make calls. (Skype kinda thing I suppose).
