Last night my Apple ID was being accessed from abroad and now since today my Phone has been randomly pressing things. I thought I was being hacked but it happened after turning on Airplane mode.

Now my screen does not even work. I can't put my PIN in to use the iPhone cable on my PC so I can factory reset with iTunes

it is an iPhone XS Max and should be under warranty with MusicMagpie so I have just contacted them but is there anything I could do right now because having a working phone is very important to me

Is the screen cracked at all ? Might be a replacement screen fitted that has gone bad so definitely return it.
I suggest you login online and change your password etc if not already done.
Last thing have you tried a hard reset ?

Music magpie = third party display almost all the time.
This is an A typical display failure

if they give warranty get them to sort it as Apple Will charge £319 to fix

In the future do you think it's worth getting AppleCare or like Nationwide premium banking for the phone cover? What's the best way to replace the screen like that?

I paid 420 for this, think around 1500 new, but when you realise how important your phone is I don't think its worth the hassle any more
