iPhone Update Alternate Source

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if there is another source where I can download iphone updates instead of going through itunes?

My internet at home is worse than rubbish but at work its fine.

I'm hoping there is a website that's trusted and has new updates available to download which i can then transfer to my imac and do a custom update (alt and click update i beleive?).
Any ideas?
