Does anyone here use this? What is your experience with it?
I'm toying with the idea of switching back to an iPhone later in the year (once the new ones have been announced, etc) and I have been looking at the upgrade program as an effective way of getting a new iPhone every year but wondered if there were any catches etc..
I currently pay £13 a month for phone and tablet insurance which I guess I wouldn't need for the iPhone as apple care is included?
So essentially i'd be (well the business would) forking out roughly £30 extra a month depending on which model I went for.
