You know in the setting menu and look under usage has anyone notice that sometime it shows your usage and standby time and sometime it doesn't why's this?

It only calculates the time after a full charge.

If you partly charge the battery, then it doesn't reset the lists.

It was showing the information yesterday and i not had it on charge at all since and the information has now gone which i find strange

If you change any summerboard settings the phone will not show the data, any "restart" will clear the usage

If your phone is not "jailbreaked" i have no idea why its happening

BTW if its not "jailbreaked" do it now

No, it's kinda like yours.

It's blank now, but has been on for 2 days since last charged. Strange.

Ah well will see what happens may uninstall summerboard see if that helps...
