Iphone X ring issue?

Hey guys,

As mentioned in a previous post, I received my Iphone X and its awesome!

The issue im having is, when someone rings me it rings loud then, when repeating it goes quieter and quieter...and then is barely audible?

Any ideas?

If you're looking at the phone why would you want the ringer at full volume? That's the only time it will reduce in volume, it's a great feature.
