Yes but the benefits aren't that great considering mostly nothing works or just slows down your phone. Paid for a working jailbreak app Quickreply only for it to hang if I enter my messages app sometimes. Never paying for jailbroken app again.

Not sure if its possible to brick a iPhone via Jailbreak, as there's a DFU mode.

Mines jailbroken too. As soon as iOS4 comes out for it though its being restored as i only did it for the multitasking
