iPhoto transfer?

I'm going home in december for about 6 weeks,and want to take my iPhoto library with me.All our photos are on our imac,so what is the easiest way to duplicate the library onto our macbook air?

If the MacBook Air already has a photo library, you'd need to copy it to a different place on the Air and then 'choose' that library on loading: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1229.

If not, just copy the folder across!
