iPod 80gig problem

Hi there.

Whenever i come to update my ipod it will say its syncing then when it gets to the end a message pops up saying that the ipod cannot be synced as a file cannot be found.

Any ideas to what has gone wrong? Restoring it now so hopefully this will solve it

I had this problem with my 160Gb only last week (theirs a thread on it here).

All i could do was a full restore of the ipod, on the 5th restore it seemed to be ok. Oh and i did shift my usb plug for it to another socket!
