iPod Classic 160GB - How to Tell if it's the Latest Generation/Revision

I'm hopefully going to buy an iPod classic 160GB from a high street shop tomorrow afternoon.

Could someone tell me if there's any way I can check that it's the latest generation either by looking at the box, or by just having a peek inside? I want to make sure it's the latest classic (7th generation?). It's their last one so it could be old stock.

From googling, could be wrong tho.

MC297LL/A = 7th Black
MC293LL/A = 7th Silver

MC293QG/A - 6th Silver
MC293QB/A = 6th Silver
MC297QB/A = 6th Black

Infact if it has 2009 or later on the box you should be good.

I bought mine a little while ago in a world of pcs. They only sold one type of classic in either black or silver. All the latest Gen.
