iPod music videos out of sync

All but one of the music videos i've converted are out of sync. I used the imTOO application to do it. Any suggestions from those with a bit more experience would be great.

Also, i've converted a series of TV programs from my DVD and set them to 'TV Show' in iTunes, but i can't find them on the actual iPod..all i have is video podcasts, movies and music videos.

Help meh!

Also, kinda got a workaround by using playlists. Not ideal but hey.

Videora gets the vote here.
My only annoyance is that the music videos ive converted, despite being classed as music videos in iTunes, dont display under music videos on the iPod.
