ipod nano just broke

hello!

my ipod nano just broke. the screen hasn't been snapped, it wasnt dropped or anything like that - i just went to use it, and it wont switch on. i've tried plugging headphones in anyway to see if its playing and just not powering the screen, its not.

i tried plugging it into the pc, but it wouldn't pick it up. seems pretty dead to me.

any ideas whats bust, easy to fix? i'm quite handy with electronics but didnt wanna waste time stripping it down if its fubar.

never mind, i reset it and it works again. this can be deleted. sorry!

Sometimes a hard reset can cure this - to do a reset press the play and central button on the click wheel simultaneously for more than 5 seconds.

Even when its off if you put it on charge usually a charging sign will appear - if this doesnt I would guess its dead - but maybe others more experienced with nano's can suggest other things to try
