iPod Nano 3rd Gen Question

Hi there,

Anybody here happen to have one of the newer iPod Nanos (3rd generation)?

If so could somebody please do a quick check for me - when connected to your PC for whatever reason, does the backlight stay on constantly, and if so is there anyway of turning it off?

Nah mine seems to stay on all the time even when it's ejected, it never dims. Took it to the Apple store today and they said that it could well be faulty. Added to the fact that i've also got 3 stuck pixels on the screen seems to point to me being rather unlucky

Must say though recently that I think Apples' QC is shockingly poor And it's not just me that has said that, a few of my friends have been noticing it as well.
