Apologies for the vagueness of this problem but i'm remotely trying to help my sister, so havent been able to see it 1st hand
The problem as i understand it is:
She transferred some photos onto her nano via itunes
now when you plug the ipod in its not visible from itunes or in my computer
she's been told it's to do with windows making it into an images folder because of the photos, but if that was the problem i'd have thought it would be visible from my computer and a simple change of the folder type would fix it
she's also been told it's a common problem with nano's and i've not been able to find anything at all about it
anyone who's had the problem and fixed it would be great if you could let me know how
