Ipod nano wont switch on

It was ok last night turned it off and now this morning it wont turn on at all. Plugged it into usb nothing. I got it at Christmas take back to store or will i have to send it to back to Apple?

Try holding menu and the middle button for a few secs, whilst making sure Hold is off.

Not sure, but it solves lots of common problems, crashing etc etc.

Edit! Before you do a reset in iTunes and wipe your iPod, Hard reset != Soft reset (the one you just did)
