Ipod Problem....

Just got my hands on one of those new Ipod Shuffle's but have a problem

I have installed Itunes and everything but as soon as I connect my ipod to the pc, Itunes opens, scans my ipod then says everything is ok and I can disconect it. After this my Ipod disapears from My Computer and doesnt respond in Itunes.

I have no idea, what your problem is, you don't really explain your problem.

The usual suggestion would be to update itunes, your ipod's software, if it doesn't work reintstall itunes etc.

These five steps (known as the five Rs) will conquer most iPod issues.

* 1. Reset your iPod.
* 2. Retry with a different USB port.
* 3. Restart your computer.
* 4. Reinstall iPod and iTunes software.
* 5. Restore your iPod.
