ipod shuffle

hi all. wasn't sure where to post this thread, so apologies if it's in the wrong section!

I recieved an ipod shuffle as a christmas present, and am unsure on how the battery works on this. Is it one which needs to go completely flat before recharging? or will it be ok to recharge while there is still some charge left on it?

i am wanting to change what music i have on it, but because it charges on connection to the pc, i dont want to plug it in before it has discharged if it will then affect the battery life...?

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!

It should be fine charging from whatever level.

I've had countless MP3 players and have never had a problem, I tend to charge everytime I've used it! I don't think you should worry about it.

most batteries do last longer if fully flat before charging. However the battery in the shuffle seems good so can be charged from any level (I do that with mine and had no problems).
