Ipod Shuffle

My shuffle won't turn on, nor will it appear in i tunes. I've tried the reset procedure on the apple help site, and its done nowt.

Is it cattle trucked, or is there another way I cn try?

If it's in warranty then take it back to the shop you bought it from, describe the problem and they should replace it or be able to arrange repairs. If it's out of warranty then just buy a better iPod.

By the way, does the green light come on at all?

No fella it doesn't - its totally dead. I would have thought its well out of warranty and I didn't buy it anyway it was a competition prize at work.

I know its not the best Ipod but is perfect for the gym as I just clip it to my t shirt.

Gutted if it is broken, but there you go.

Sorry mate.

unless anyone else has any suggestions I'd say it's shafted. Although you can get the new shuffles for around £59.
