iPOD Touch and 3 usb modem ??

Would my 3 network usb modem that i presently have hooked into a laptop be able to work with an ipod touch? so i can have it constantly hooked up and be on t'internet in my car?

There's no USB ports on the touch, so no.

Unless it could wirelessly, no.

join it with the touch,
