hello people

plugged my touch in this evening and it installed the new firmware 1.1.2 Do'h....is there anyway to download the 1.1.1 version from anywhere????

Command click the restore button in iTunes iirc.

AFAIK, language packs, added "Edit" in iCal and apparently sorted some bugs in safari (and the Tiff exploit, os course)

Nothing the 1.1.1 Jail Broken Touch isn't capable of (apart from the additional language)

My touch should be arriving tomorrow, i've already downloaded the 1.11 firmware incase i cant jailbreak on the current firmware but i was wondering just how safe it is ? Can i simply reformat and restore my touch if something goes wrong ?

You can format/restore with a simple touch of a button. If all else fail, pressing the home and power off button for 20 odd seconds will restore to factory settings iirc.

And I've been using it jailbroken since jailbroke release and it's been going without a hitch...
