iPod Touch - HELP NEEDED PLEASE

So since i got my ipod touch when ever i put videos onto it at some point in all of the videos it will lose audio for 4 seconds then crash back to to video list screen. I have tried loads of things to try and get this working and even sent my ipod touch back to apple and they sent me a replacement!!

now with my new ipod touch i still have the problem - its not to do with converting the videos because i downloaded a video from apple.com and even that video crashed!

I had this problem on vista 32 bit and 64 bit and it also happened on windows xp but not as often. Thing is i dont have an xp machine in the house.

I really dont know what i can do to fix my problem.

any help would be appreciated.

looks to me your video is wrongly coded, you can;t just drop videos into itunes, even apple ones. it won't play. You need to convert it using something like videora.

the video has been pre converted for ipod touch... i even rang them they said this is basically a good example video and it should work the way you downloade it
