iPod Touch Inline adaptor or alternative?

Just got myself a 16GB Touch, liking it very much...

Only one problem I forsee..is that most of the time I have a playlist running, if I want to change the track and goto the next track I have to take the device out of my pocket and then goto the next track which isn't very convienient if you know what I mean...

I'm looking for some sort of inline control which will just let me plug in whatever earphones/headphones I want and use the control to forward to the next track/pause/play etc etc, a mic would be a plus(for skype in wifi areas?). Anyone got an suggestions?

I have not got a very big budget, so I would be leaning to the cheaper side if you know what I mean.

Thanks, but they don't seem to support 1st gen of Touch, which is what I have...

I haven't seen anything that comes close to what your asking, but I may have missed it

Maybe selling your 1st gen and getting a 2nd gen would be the easiest option?

The mic is not essential to be honest, If i can just get the remote it would be good enough?
