Hoping someone can help here. There must be lots of you who know someone who has an iPod touch - I hope.
We got one for our daughter for Christmas. After a while she noticed that the bottom left corner of the front screen bends in when pushed and then comes back out with a gentle clicking noise.
The top right hand corner also bends in.
Here's what I mean:
Is this normal. Apple are meant to have great build quality?? This is where I am hoping to get feedback from other people who have an ipod touch in the house - please
Anyway, I sent it back and got this very annoying response.

Were the technicians on drugs. Everybody who has handled the ipod has noticed this and commented that it feels like the front case is not properly attached.
Apple sent it back to us without doing a thing. They are saying it is perfect. All they have achieved is to delete everything my daughter had put on it, so thank god I backed up!
I am going to contact them again, but wanted some feedback from other owners first.
