That's what I was trying to use but it crashes at the end of every conversion leaving a 0 byte file.

Trying to convert WMV/Divx -> H264 480*320

Managed to adapt videora to work with vista 64.

I just set it up to always use pro mode and one touch convert so I never see them.

not normal, all of my videos have ended up 80-90% of the size of the original using the standard itouch settings and 2 pass method.
