Ipod touch wireless problems...

Got it setup and it's rather awesome. Only issue is I can only connect to wifi when it is unsecured. When I have WPA on it will not connect no matter what

I have no filtering on at all (mac address/bind to IP etc).

I have this problem with my router (standard be one). Could you try wep?

Nah, I want to get it working with WPA.

It works fine without security :/

Not much help maybe but my iPhone wifi works great on my friends WPA-2 PSK wireless. Is some brand I had never heard of before but works fine.

I would have thought the wifi was the same on both.

my touch works fine on an unsecure connection and a 64 bit WEP (netgear) but not on a 128 WEP (linksys)

My iPhone doesn't work with our WEP. I tried it on WPA PSK and it was fine, but then the computers didn't like it, so no WiFi until I get a cheap 2nd router for it.

Any errors in the router logs? I have used my iPhone on WPA, WPA2 and Public Wifi without any issues.
Maybe try it with a very short password so that you know its correct. Typing out 63 character WPA2 keys is not fun on an iphone

Best native imho is Fring. Its not exactly feature packed but its quicker than any other I have tried.
Try Beejive for an MSN webapp.
