iPod Touch....without iTunes??

I've activated it.... just dont want to install it on my PC, I'd rather leave it on the wifes laptop but naturally wouldnt mind transferring some songs/videos etc on it. Are there any good programs that allow me to do this?

I guess I'll just have to wait. The few programs I've tried have all needed iTunes installed as it uses some of it's DLL's. I cant see it being a massive problem... I can fully access the filesystem via FTP, it's just not in a format that I can drag and drop MP3's and vids. Since the iPhone is quite popular I'm sure someone clever will cash in

I also hate iTunes.
