iPod Touch

So I have just acquired a new iPod touch 32Gb. I'm just a wondering what are the 'essential' apps I should grab?

EDIT: Also I would like some good ear-canal-phones for sub £60 to go with the MP3 player. (They were originally for the Sony X Series but it broke and I got a refund and bought an iPod, put some dollar towards it like.)

I have put Cydia and another 'grey' program on. Looking into ear-canal-phones and I have come across some Sennhieser CX 300 II's for £30 at HMV. Would they be worth it?

There on the web for £18 on a site where you 'play' - Good reviews on there.

I purchased them from HMV for £30 now shame I never knew they were on play for £18! Looks like the CX 550's are on there for only £40!!
