iPod vid conversion apps: ImTOO & Xilisoft

2 questions:

1) does anyone know what the difference is?

2) how do you get the program to give you access to all of the options shows on the screenshots on thier site such as crop etc? i only get the basics such as bitrate etc...

I've never used Xilisoft, but in Imtoo you have to add the file you want to convert and then click on it within Imtoo and that then allows you to choose the options for resizing etc..

I have read of people having problems at anything other than the defaults though. I use Videora and 3GP.

videora AND 3gp? dont they do similar things?

Yes they do, but there have been a handful of occassions when one or the other have had problems and when that happens I use the alternate one.

Did you manage to change the options using the method I suggested ?
